On Wednesday, April 22, 7pm, the Minerva Center will host Prof. Francesco Biagi from the University of Bologna, who will give a lecture on "Transitions to and From Democracy: What Role for Constitutional Courts?". Prof. Biagi will use examples from Europe and the Arab world to explore the interrelations between the constitutional and transitional justice fields. The lecture will be followed by a discussion.
