Elad Cahana joined the Refugee Rights Clinic in 2012 as a clinical instructor.
He received his LL.B. in 2006 from the Hebrew University in Jerusalem (an integrated program with the multi-disciplinary program at the Faculty of Humanities).
He clerked at the legal advisory team of the Knesset Constitution, Law and Justice Committee.
Prior to joining the clinics at TAU, Elad served as the legal assistant to Justice Zvi Zilbertal at the District Court in Jerusalem (2008-9); and as an attorney at the Israeli NGO Hamoked – Center for the Defence of the Individual (2009-12).
